SPICY PILAF RICE

Ingredients for 2 people:

3 measures of long-grain rice, preferably Jasmine or Basmati (transparent cup)

50 g butter or extra virgin olive oil

1 measure of water (blue cup)

Salt

½ tsp sweet paprika

½ tsp hot paprika or paprika

½ tsp cinnamon

½ teaspoon cumin

Optional:

Chopped coriander leaves

Preparation:

Wash the rice in a sieve under cold running water, gently rubbing with hands for 45 seconds, then rinse without rubbing until the water runs clear. Add it to the rice cooker along with the rest of the ingredients except the coriander.

Place the lid and press Cook.

When cooked, remove the lid, add the chopped coriander and stir the rice gently with a spatula, taking care not to break the grains. Serve the rice.
