Ingredients for 2 people:
2 measures of quinoa (transparent cup)
5 measures of vegetable stock (blue cup)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of miso
¼ courgette, finely diced
¼ red onion, finely chopped
¼ yellow pepper, finely diced
¼ carrot, finely diced
10 cherry tomatoes
Preparation:
Wash the quinoa thoroughly to remove the saponins: rinse it several times, gently rubbing with hands in a sieve under cold water.
Place it in the rice cooker with the rest of the ingredients except the tomatoes.
Close the lid and press Cook.
While it is cooking, cut the tomatoes in half.
When the quinoa and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the heat, allow to cool slightly and mix in the tomatoes.
