Ingredients for 2 people:
Extra virgin olive oil
3 measures of brown rice (transparent cup)
2 garlic cloves
4 measures of water or stock (blue cup)
Salt
Preparation:
Put a dash of olive oil in the rice cooker.
Wash the rice in a sieve under cold running water, gently rubbing with hands for 45 seconds, then rinse without rubbing until the water runs clear.
Add the crushed garlic cloves, water (or stock), rice and salt. Place the lid and press Cook.
