CHICKPEAS WITH SPINACH, RAISINS AND PINE NUTS

Ingredients for 2 people:

1 clove of garlic

100 g frozen spinach

1 tablespoon raisins

1 tablespoon pine nuts

400 g cooked chickpeas

Extra virgin olive oil

1 measure of meat/vegetable stock or chickpea cooking water (blue cup)

Salt, black pepper

Optional:

2 hard-boiled eggs

Preparation:

Allow the spinach to thaw, then drain it by pressing it with your hands to remove all the water.

Drain the chickpeas, rinse them with water and set them aside.

Place the peeled and chopped garlic in the rice cooker with the spinach, raisins and pine nuts.

Add the cooked chickpeas and spinach. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour in the chickpea cooking water or a little meat or vegetable stock.

Optionally, add the peeled hard-boiled egg.

Place the lid and press Cook.

Leave to cook for about 15 minutes.
