BROWN RICE WITH TUNA

Ingredients for 2 people:

3 measures of short-grain rice (transparent cup)

160 g tinned tuna

½ finely chopped onion

80 g fried tomato

3 measures of water (blue cup). Optionally, fish stock.g

Salt

Olive oil

Preparation:

Wash the rice in a sieve under cold running water, gently rubbing with hands for 45 seconds, then rinse without rubbing until the water runs clear. Add it to the rice cooker along with the rest of the ingredients.

Place the lid and press Cook.
