PYRENEAN HUNTER-STYLE RICE

Ingredients for 2 people:

3 measures of round grain rice (transparent cup)

Extra virgin olive oil

30 g onion

2 small pieces of pork rib

½ rabbit loin, cut into small pieces

½ chicken thigh, cut into small pieces

Salt and pepper

3 measures of meat stock (blue cup)

50 g of finely chopped cardoon mushrooms

1 chopped frozen artichoke

2 tablespoons of fried tomato sauce

20 g of peas

1 chopped garlic clove

Thyme

Rosemary

Parsley

Preparation:

Wash the rice in a sieve under cold running water, gently rubbing with hands for 45 seconds, then rinse without rubbing until the water runs clear.

Place a generous dash of oil, the onion and the meat in the rice cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Place the lid and press Cook.

Leave to cook for 5 minutes. Remove the lid, stir and repeat the process.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

Replace the lid and press Cook.
