DUCK RICE WITH ORANGE

Ingredients for 2 people:

3 measures of short-grain rice

100 g sweet onion

50 g fried tomato sauce

Thyme

1 tablespoon honey

Salt, pepper

Extra virgin olive oil

1 duck confit

1 measure orange juice (blue cup)

3 measures duck stock (optional: beef stock) (blue cup)

50 g foie mi-cuit

Preparation:

Wash the rice in a sieve under cold running water, gently rubbing with hands for 45 seconds, then rinse without rubbing until the water runs clear.

Add it to the rice cooker with the onion and fried tomato.

Season with thyme, honey, a pinch of salt and a little pepper. Add a dash of extra virgin olive oil.

Add the deboned and shredded duck confit.

Moisten with the orange juice and stock. Place the lid and press Cook.

When cooked, remove the lid and add the foie mi-cuit and mix carefully with the rice.
