SAUTÉED RICE WITH BACON, NUTS AND CORN

Ingredients for 2 people:

100 g chopped smoked bacon

3 measures of long grain rice, preferably basmati (transparent cup)

1 measure of water (blue cup)

60 g currants

40 g pine nuts

2 cloves garlic, chopped

Salt, ground white pepper

Olive oil or butter

100 g cooked corn

Preparation

Place the bacon in the rice cooker pot. Add a dash of oil or a large knob of butter. Place the lid and press Cook.

While it is cooking, wash the rice in a sieve under cold running water, gently rubbing with hands for 45 seconds, then rinse without rubbing until the water runs clear.

After 5 minutes, remove the lid, add the rest of the ingredients to the rice cooker. Stir carefully, replace the lid and press Cook.
