APPLE CRUMBLE

Ingredients for 2 people:

For the apple:

2 golden apples, cut into 1 cm cubes

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

40 g butter

50 g sugar

A pinch of salt

A pinch of cinnamon

For the crumble:

50 g flour

40 g sugar

50 g ground almonds

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

90 g butter at room temperature

Preparation of the apple:

Place the apple in the rice cooker with the rest of the ingredients. Close the lid and press Cook.

Leave to cool.

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix and knead all the ingredients by hand until you have a smooth dough. Do not melt the butter; just let it soften (at room temperature).

Form a cylinder and wrap it in cling film. Place in the refrigerator so that it is firm when used.

Finishing:

Grate the crumble mixture over the apple using a coarse grater.

Place the mixture in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until the crumble is golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).
